ABOUT MY WORK
I help mother’s turn themselves back on after being in the trenches of early motherhood.
Women who work with me feel more alive - more connected to pleasure, presence, and possibility - in motherhood and beyond.
I’m a Feminine Embodiment Coach, certified by the School of Embodied Arts.
My work is for women who are ready to Re/Claim the parts of themselves that got buried under the weight of motherhood, responsibility, and self-doubt.
These women know there’s more available to them - a deeper sense of connection, confidence, and ease - and they’re no longer willing to settle for a life that feels like just getting by.
They don’t want to hustle harder, or fix themselves. They want to feel at home in their bodies, in their desires, and in their lives.
My role is to guide them back to themselves. To help them feel safe enough to explore what they truly want, and supported enough to go after it without guilt or shame.
This work is deeply personal. It’s about becoming the woman you were always meant to be - not just for your children, your partner, or your community - but for you.
